The founders of 805 Get Fit, Doug and Michelle Waldman are both Certified Personal Trainers as well as Senior Fitness Specialists, Certified Fitness Nutritional Specialists, and Weight Management Specialists who understand what it takes to get in shape and lose weight in middle age. That's because they ARE middle-aged. Doug and Michelle have lost weight and taken their lives back and can help you do it too.
